One Poem Every Day, Poetry

No. 203 “Ocean” 20/7/16

I’d like to learn the ocean, to run its every course,

To slip down to its murky depths and run with wild sea horse.

Never mind the edges, I’ll travel far from the waves,

That eat the seaside sand and run into hollow caves.

To where, except for the dome of the sky, all is only sea,

Where disturbed wavelets run dripping, over the boat and me.
